Spell Smash is a word puzzle game by Pudra Yayıncılık (Neo Games) for iPhone. This page answers the most common questions and tells you how to reach us.

Please include your device model, iOS version and the App version (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen) so we can help faster. We usually answer within two business days.
Close and reopen the App. If the item is still missing, open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Consumable items (gold, power-ups, lives, Word Vault openings) are delivered at the moment of purchase; if the delivery was interrupted, contact us with the order number from your Apple receipt e-mail.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the App. On your device open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, choose Spell Smash and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep unlimited lives until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
Payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you used, and choose the purchase. Apple decides on the refund according to its policy.
The 24-hour and 7-day passes are one-time purchases that expire on their own. They do not renew and do not need to be cancelled.
Progress is stored on your device. There are no accounts, so we cannot recover progress if the App is deleted or the device is lost. An iCloud or iTunes device backup includes the App's data and restores it with the rest of your device.
Only by restoring a full device backup onto the new phone. We cannot transfer progress by hand.
The App has no accounts and never asks for your name, e-mail, contacts, photos or location. It sends a small amount of technical and gameplay data to an analytics service so we can see that the game works, and it shows ads through AppLovin, which receives technical device information to deliver them.
